The practice suffers from poor management. GPs do not stay up to date on medical issues. The team are friendly but overworked. Its an all-male senior team and very arrogant as a consequence. Unable to listen to patients.
Holding in the telephone queue for over 40 minutes and e-consult on website not working. Constantly being advised that they have no appointments and to call back after 4.30pm only to be holding on the phone for up to 50 minutes. Better to call 111 you will get a better response.
I have just been to the surgery for my Covid 19 vaccination and was impressed by the professional way it was conducted..all staff were friendly, polite and confident in what they were doing. Chairs and surfaces were disinfected after every use and I felt happy and confident to be in their care..Bravo
The quality of care I have received from the GPs is excellent. I have been a patient for 2 years and I have no intention of leaving the practice. With the exception of one doctor who I believe is younger and less experienced, I would recommend any of the other other doctors I have seen.
The Doctors and health staff are excellent;
It is the Practice Manager who should be made answerable for the telephone appointment system which is and has been unfit for purpose for years
